About 1 1/2 to two years ago my sister bought a bed for my mother who was moving from George to Pretoria at Dial a Bed. Early in this year my sister contacted Dial a Bed to complain about the bed and Dial a Bed said that they will exchange the bed. About a month ago someone from Dial a Bed contacted my mother to ascertain whether she will be home because they wanted to deliver the new bed and collect the old one but since then she has been waiting for same to be done. I have contacted Dia a Bed on numerous occasions and still no joy.
