Hail damage to vehicle

My son Renier, s car a Hyunda Atos was damaged by hail in 2012-10-27. Reported to Dial Direct (DD). The car went to Global Hail Network in Dec and the dents were taken out. Had to book car in on 2013-02-11 at Westrand Panelbeaters (WPB) for respraying. It would take 3-4 weeks. He borowed my car. He phoned DD to find out when the car would be finished and was told they will email WPB. DD gave no feedback. On 12-03 2013 he phoned again. On 13-03 he went to WPB to find that nothing has been done on his car as per Gerard who said that no Job card was made out. I phoned Pendile on 14 March she said she will phone them and report back to me and my son. No report back she can't get through to anyone. I phoned Pendile again on 18 March I asked to speak to her manager Laverne she put me on hold. I phoned again and spoke to Hannes he put me through to his manager Lee-anne, She said she would email Lavern no reaction. Phoned 19-20 03. Lavern phoned my son 22-03 she will phone me the sameday with answer no phone call. Kevin phoned 25-03 he said the will send the authorisation. 26-03 went to WPB Mark owner said take the car can't be sprayed for amount authorised. Phoned DD no response.
