I bought a wedding dress 4 weeks ago, and had it altered. They promised me that the dress would be ready in two weeks time, so we agreed for the pick up date to be yesterday (4 weeks after - more then enough time allowed for them to do whatever they were suppose to do). When I got to the store yesterday, the dress wasn't ready, and they gave me all different stories about where the dress is. The manager Cavlin was not helpful at all! Some staff said the dress was at the dry cleaners, some said its on its way from the dry cleaners and some that it still needs to be dry cleaned. After demanding them to drop off the dress at my house (after wasting my petrol and my 2 hours at the store looking for answers), they dropped it off at my house the next day! All still very dirty (clearly not dry cleaned), an had strings hanging from it. Even the zip clip was missing. I decided to go buy a clip and sew it on myself, but I have no trust in Bride & Co.
These big companies always think they can use and abuse us because we wont do anything about it! Be warned if you considering buying a dress from them!
