In December 2012, as requested by Edgars, I went in to Fica my account. This transaction was done over a period of three visits as the staff were not quite sure of the procedure. I thought this was done and dusted. On Tuesday 12/03/2013 I was in Edgars and wanted to purchase was told my account was on hold as I had not fica'd. Customer Service at Eastgate was appalling. Theyn did however advise I would receive a call from their maanagement the same day, I am still waiting. Greenstone where I had done the paperwork, called, a day later, and now want me to go in again and redo paperwork. Surely they should out of courtesy come to me. Does this now mean I do not have to pay my account as it is "on hold" and I cannot use it. I have requested someone from Management at Edgars call me to sort this out, but I suppose as a customer that is expecting far too much.
