I had a terrible experience at Clicks Greenstone Mall, I purchased the Nido powder milk that was recently advertised that you get a t-shirt once you buy it for R189.00, and what makes me sad is i had promised my boy that I will get one for him and after I had paid was told t-shirts are finished and the cashier promised to keep one for me to collect on the 8th of March and when I arrived to collect and get another tin of milk was told the lady who helped me previously is not available, asked for the manager and the guy promised again to keep the t-shirt for me for the following Friday, and i mentioned I wanted another tin of Nido he as the manager then said I should go ahead and take it and 2 t-shirts will be kept for me, as I was paying the trainee guy told me the special was for only while stock lasts??? What really gets to me is that how can the store manager not mention that from the beginning and I went there after the advert was shown 3 days on TV. I don't call that professional service to me and if I hadn't paid I was gonna take the tin of milk back but had already paid!!
