Incorrect Pricing & Poor communication from sales

Looking through the Abercrombie & Fitch section I found a golf shirt stapled with the price tag of R225 and the SKU number. I decided to purchase this product. The sales person couldn't ring up the item and walked around for 5 minutes before finally bringing another Abercrombie & Fitch golf shirt typed in a code and rang up the item and just said the SKU didn't work, nothing more. After inspecting my slip I saw I was charged R450 and not the defined R225 on the label. I took this up with your staff the first lady told me no it must have been on special (Why not change the price tag?) I must refer back to the person who rang it up. I spoke to that person who sent me off to another person. I explained and showed the lady the price tag stapled to the shirt. I was told no that's not the correct price on the item and she can only credit me for the shirt and pulled off the tag. I just took the credit, your staff simply don't give a hoot its beyond shocking... I'm certain the price shown is the price you pay end of story. There's just no point trying to argue with your staff who simply couldn't care less.
