Shirt Replaced without receipt

I bought a new shirt from Mr Price in Plett last week. Wearing it for the first time today, I was told by someone that there was a longish tear along the seam on the back. I went into Mr. Price wearing the shirt. The manager offered to exchange it right thee & then, even though I did not have the receipt.
That's putting the consumer first - Well Done Mr Price
