We have supported The Pro Shop for many years now and I was really excited to hear of the new branch opening at N1 City. When the new store eventually opened my wife and I went to go and buy a shirt for me. I saw that they had shirts that stated marked to clear and we found a nice shirt there and I bought it.
When we got home I wanted to see what the shirt's original price were only to see that the shirt was never marked down as the old price tag had the same price. We took it back as anybody could make a mistake and we wanted to bring it under the manager's attention. What bothered me is that he then to us and said that the price on the white marker was also a sales price and was used because they ran out of the red ones, but anybody that has ever shopped at The Pro Shop knows that they will then draw a line through the old price and place the sales price next to it.
I then got an e-mail from The Pro Shop on the 27/02/13 which asked if I could rate their service and if I would like some feedback. I gave them a low rating, explained why and then asked for feedback and have heard nothing since. It has been more then a month and still nothing.
