No delivery

Hi,

I paid for my bed on the 14th Feb. I paid for it cash. I got an e-mail from Jay that he would advice me of the delivery day and I have still not received anything. Last week, 21st Feb I sent an e-mail to follow up on the delivery. Till today, I have not received anything. If this is the service I am getting for paying cash, I want a refund as this mediocre service is totally unacceptable.
