Paid up my account you close it and i can't open i

I had an account with you guys and i paid the account in full. You closed it, although it weren't part of the arrangement made by you. This is breach of contract. Now i try to reopen my account which is paid in full and you don't want to re open it. I want feedback on this. I am completely unhappy about this
