Ackermans OPEN my account! So my situation is this. I paid my account up and wanted to close my account but on the day I paid my full balance the lady at customer service phoned head office Nelspruit Ilanga mall branch. Because the payment did not reflect as yet on head office side I was told could not close, BUT while she were on the phone I said please stop I will not close it and I went. So never ever had Ack had a problem with my acc whatsoever as you can see I even settled my account over R6200.00 in ONE MONTH!!! I phoned today to hear if my account is up to date only to find out that my acc is indeed closed!!! OPEN IT ASAP!!! It is very wrong!!! Need answers!!!
