Foschini..
I just recently applied for a job and got back that my Credit record was bad and i was blacklisted due to OWEING R134 to you.
I closed my account in Oct 2011 and paid in a bulk amount and requested that everything be closed. I now have lost a job because of Fochini mishaps of reporting a customers closed account and for leaving a retrenchment package open that was due to be closed with the account when i applied for the whole account to be closed.
I am now having to wait 3 to 4 working weeks for this problem to be sorted out but now i have lost many opportunities because of this!! THROUGH FOSCHINI NOT UPDATING THERE WEBSITES AND MY PROFILE!!! I will never open a foschini account ever, i hope that this can be a lesson to all..I AM BLACKLISTED and now i need to wait till its clear because it was FOSCHINI MISTAKE!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE REGARDING ACCOUNT CLOSURE. I REALLY HOPE THAT MY NAME WILL BE CLEARED AND BACK TO NORMAL SO THAT I AM ABLE TO APPLY FOR JOBS AGAIN. I never received calls asking to pay due to the account being closed. i hope that foschini will rectify this.
