I have contacted foschini customer care telephonically and via email but stil the is no one to assit me with my reguest, i have made a settlement to my foschini account but only and amount of R129 was accounted for while i paid R911. they have told me to contact mbd as my account was handed over, mbd is still deducting R300 from my bank account even though my account id paid in full, its looks like no one is willing to resolve this matter, money was paid directly to foschini, how hard is it to resolve this, and i ask that they request mbd to close the account on their side as the account has been settled.
