POOR QUALITY POOR ATTITUDE

I purchased a ice machine from Cash Crusaders (Dicksons) on the 13/12/2012 only for the thing to stop working on the 24/12/2013.We returned the product on the 11/01/20014 and as it was out of warranty!!! (don't you just love" quality" goods that last just a couple of days after the warranty expires) they would send it away for a quote to be repaired.

I called back today 24/01/2014 to find out what was happening to my ice machine, well, bottom line absolutely nothing they still had it in store, no quote no follow up with me the customer. They tried to give me a long story about drivers etc, etc. Why do some people assume everyone is an. I believe had i not called them today the ice machine would still be in their storeroom for who knows how long.

I proceeded to call Head Office and spoke to a woman who agreed this was poor service and promised to get their operations manager Grant to give me a call, well, i am still waiting, it is all to pathetic.

Cash Crusaders and Dicksons you have seen the last of me, could this be just another inferior Chinese product???
