I had my account with Foschini group for 8 years, been a loyal customer until recently when they started billing me ridiculous amounts, I paid lump sum but my instalment was still high, I went to the store last months to enquire about this qand was told my instalment will be reduced to R350. I was happy with that until I got to the store on Monday to find that my instalment is R1270, I then decided to close the account and paid the full balance, but now when I requst for account to be closed and get settlemement letter they are telling that they will close it on the 12th. I am suprised by that because other shops do not do that. I want this account to be closed and I need a letter confirming that ASAP.by the 12th they will add interest on the account that I paid in full on time. Please!
