I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks two staff members at the Crown Mines store; Sandile Mbatha and Moni for the wonderful service they provided me with on Tuesday 21 Jan 2014.
The story: I needed about 20 bottles of Nando's sauce for an event at work the following day and I knew I would not make it to the store on time, so I asked my husband to go on my behalf. When I arrived home at 17:15 that afternoon, I discovered that he had bought the wrong size; I had to try and exchange the goods before the store closed at 17:30... Luckily for me, my (frantic) call to the store was answered by a cool, calm Sandile, who was proactive in arranging a trolley with the correct bottle size and quantity of the sauce and waited for me in the queue. I rushed in just as the doors were being closed, returned the goods and got into the queue to pay. I was out of there in no time. As I got outside, packing the bottles into my boot, I realized that I didn't think to buy bags and some of the bottles rolling around-Sandile saw me and came to my aid once more with a big that contained his lunchbox. This is truly wonderful service. Thanks again.
