Poor service

I preordered the ps4 through CNA (edcon) i was promised and reassured many times that it would be delivered to me on the 13th of dec by 8pm the latest. No PS4... Today the 14th, i called Edcon to find out where is my PS4, i was transfered to 3 different consultants, 1 of which was a manager. They all gave me different stories and as to why my Ps4 was not delivered, 1 consultant gave me the number of the courier service that had my goods, the other consulant told me the courier service was closed, not knowing i was just given their number and had just spoken to them., Edcon then told me that the ps4 would be delivered on tuesday the 17th. I was not impressed as i had already made plans to leave town for the holidays. i eventually had to get in my car and drive all the way to the courier warehouse to collect the playstation before my trip away. on arrival at the warehouse the workers were in the process of putting all the boxes with the ps4's aside as i was not the only person that Edcon to and gave many different stories too. Mostl the recipients of the ps4's were also on their way to collect their ps4's as Edcon tried to make them look bad yet they were lying to us...
