I want to complain about my Edgars account. I have paid my account every month and now Edcon keep calling me every day and said my account is overdue for two months now. I have proof that I have paid the account. I went to the store near me four times already that they can help me to get this right, but the head office keep calling me. I've e-mail the proof of payments several times now and they didn't update my account. Here is one of the reference numbers when they've called me: E2043510.
Can you please help me to fix this?
