I am very disappointed at cash crusaders RandRidgeMall. I Purchased a Iphone 4 at this branch about two weeks ago. I am very annoyed at the staff in this store. first I had to return the first Iphone in the first 5 days because the home button was faulty. I was provided with a loan phone till mine was fixed, it was told the phone will be done before Wednesday, I went back and was offered a second phone because mine was not repaired.
i was offered a phone with damage to the screen as someone opened it. I paid R3000 to Cash Crusaders this is not a small amount, I refuse to take junk. I kept the loan phone as this was the only one which was usable. I requested to keep the loan phone but this phone is also not working correctly. The home button is not functioning correctly. I have been messed around enough and would like a refund if the phone cannot be swopped with one that works. and one that is not damaged.
