My wife bought a garment steamer 5 months ago, used it for the first time 2weeks ago, it was leaking. I went into Hirchs, as soon as the teller pointed me to repairs - i thought - "oh no, here we go! ", i was already pshyching myself to have some words...
When i got to the counter - "Good morning sir, how can we help? ", i explained the situation, no problem, you may choose another product. I didnt want to choose the same one, this time around i chose one that was 10times more expensive. Had the service been poor, i would have probably demanded some sort of recompense, and it would have deterred me from shopping at Hirsch, it would have been a loss for Hirsch.
