Bought a KIC fridge from Makro and the fridge is making a strange noise, Makro sent a guy to come have a look and spun us some story that all the new fridges have a new type of gas in them and that the noise will go away. The noise did not go away! Went back to Makro and was told that they have a procedure that has to be followed, they have to send some one out four times before they will replace our broken fridge!!
We have had the fridge for a month now and it is still making the same noise!! This is absolute bad service an attitude of Makro!! The fridge is broken, its not going to fix its self and its as if they doing this to see if we will just accept it and keep quiet!! If you sell a customer a faulty product, you have to replace it, what happened to CONSUMER RIGHTS!!! Will NEVER buy from Makro again because of there attitude!!
