I purchased a samsung double door fridge freezer in December for our holiday home. When we returned on Easter weekend, we found that the fridge was not working and everything inside it had rotted. The fridge tripped the power. I called the store and they sent a technician out, needless to say the fridge had to be moved out of the house, because the smell was unbearable even after it had been cleaned. The technician said the motor on the fridge had blown. I asked to have my money refunded as I had to go out and buy a new fridge, we were on holiday and had no fridge in the house. eventually after the store obtained authorization from Samsung we were told we would get a refund. To date we have received no refund, my calls are not returned and only get excuses every time I call the store, today's excuse was that I had to return the faulty unit before getting the refund, but the unit is still with their technician. HELP!!!
