I am pleased to notify you that i had shopped at Makro Springfield over the weekend and i received excellent customer service. i purchased a tv on Saturday 02/02/2013 and had a problem with it, i had taken the tv back to Makro on the 03/02/2013 requesting for an exchange but i was told that they do refunds only within the first 7/14 days of purchase. i was glad with customer service at the returns dept and then proceeded to the electronics dept to purchase a new tv again. i was given excellent help from a gentleman Afzal on both days and help from a young lady as well regarding my tv license. i requested that my tv be tested before i leave with it so i have no issues later on. my tv was tested and checked and i was happy with the process that i had been through for the tv. From all retail stores regarding electronic purchases its a pleasure to deal with Makro. i recommend to those that are looking for good customer service and good product to shop at Makro.
