Ad service on New faulty Printer purchased

I purchased a lexmark printer from Makro crown mines... the sales man explained to me that if there is any problem with the printer, you dont need to worry or stress, just bring the printer back with the slip... and he will solve

about 7 months went, I HARDLY EVEN USED THE PRINTER and the printer was faulty

i went back to makro before even the one year guarantee and explained to the problem to the electronics, manager and then he sent me back home and said lexmark will come sort it out however that was not the case.

i phone customer care for lexmark and makro and none did help me

after a while, like 3 weeks i went back to makro to tell them that lexmark did not come and help me... then the manager Nicholas said i must leave the printer with him and he will sort it out and he will contact me... but yet again no response from him or mark or any other employee for months till now

till now i do not have a printer and none of the managers at crown mines makro did contact me.
i am stressed because i still do not have my printer and angry and this is bad customer service and i will not go back to makro crown mines to purchase electronic devices
