I purchased a LED TV from Makro. a few months down the line the power supply blew and so i sent it in for repairs in accordance to Makro's policies.
A month later I still do not have my TV back. The repair shop said that the power supply is no longer available as they do not make it anymore. Now I must return the TV to Makro and hope that they still have stock. I purchased the TV on special and a TV of similar size will cost about R800 more. How can Makro sell stock when they have inadequate after sale services in place?!
Also, it now falls to me to return the TV to Makro when it should be them taking care of this issue. Overall the attitude and customer service is disgusting and I am truly disappointed. They have lost a customer in me and I hope they lose many more
