Ive been to Edgars on the 2.02.2012 and the service i received was patectic, i walked in the store at 12:00 am and only left at 3:30, firstly the queues where horrible and what makes it worse, staff members would take lunch in front of customers and leave us standing there, customer service staff members dont seem to know what they doing and very tired because when you ask them a question they dont know how to answer and they through remarks at you in a different language you dont understand and walk away, how rude. the service i received was the worse ever, i have decided to take the itemsback that i bought and close my account, including my partners, but i will make sure i tell my family and friends so this doesnt happen to them, saddest part no even apology.
