Terrible all round service at Vodacare Cresta

Took iPhone in for repairs, told me it would take 7 - 14 working days. Went in to check 2 weeks later whats happening, nobody knew what was happening, I must phone the insurance company, so now I am the middle man. Went in 2nd week nobody knew either, then phoned in, the lady then said after I on them, that a new phone will be delivered to cresta branch, from vodaworld in Midrand for me to collect on saturday. I go there and guess what, no new phone, nobody still knows nothing, I get passed on to some guy saying he will get a new phone delivered to me personally, I must just give the driver my broken phone (which I took back) and pay R770 into his account for the excess. I said no, because everyone is passing the buck here and nobody cares, so what do I pay insurance for, if they cant fix it or replace it? I must have spoken to 5 different staff members and I couldn't get an answer. The girl who said the phone is ready doesn't exist, I still have a broken phone, paying insurance for it, but they useless. It basically took a whole month to do nothing about it.
