We purchased a Breville Bean to Cup coffee machine from @home in Canal Walk. When buying it we were assured by the sales person that parts/spares/filters/cleaning tablets and service would be provided by @home and we can contact them anytime and order to obtain the spares and parts we needed.
I went to the Bayside Mall twice to ask for a contact or catalogue in order to order some extras. I was assured by the lady behind the desk that her manager will email me with instructions to place the order. After 3 weeks I heard nothing and decided to go to the @home in Canal Walk, since they are much bigger. A very friendly lady helped me and assured she will call me back. She kept her word and got back to me a day later telling me that she was unable to get hold of the person handling these kinds of order and she couldn't find anyone else to help me.
I am still waiting to order the extras and find it frustrating that such a big brand store can have such bad service. I would really appreciate if someone could contact me
