I called R&T in regards to my Edgars account. I keep receiving messages notifying me that they havent received my payment when I know too well the payment was made 2 weeks ago. I asked how this was happening because I receive at least 4 text messages a day and its now annoying. I spoke to this stupid guy who claimed to be the manager by the name of Thabo and he was so stupid to tell me if I dont want to pay the account I should go hang. I dont know how someone with that attitude can be a manager. He doesnt have a clue on what is customer service what so ever and if Edgars does not change the company I will be dealing with going forward I might as well not pay the account. Would rather stay blacklisted that have someone who is supposed to give me answers talk to me like that. I have been payin this account for approximately 4 months now and someone has the to talk to me like that??? Stuff that...
