After having an Account for 38 years at the Newcastle store, today their stupid machine could not take more than one gift voucher, being shunted from one counter to the next they decided to do it one at a time. On the last cash up I get a call from JEFF OF SECURITY JHBURG, wanting to speak to my hubby, but he is at work .. he then told me he would freeze the account as it is my hubby's account and I have no authority to buy on this account after 38 years. History, it is my hubby's account and we had TWO grey cards, EDGARS years ago issued me card and hubby a card, then one day my card was taken away and I was given this stupid U card. Now EDGARS have no record of me at all. NOW I AM THE CRIMINAL, the Newcastle store manager spoke to me as if I was a piece of garbage and treated me like an absolute criminal, it is a disgrace and EDGARS DON'T DESERVE ANY PAYING CUSTOMERS and we will NEVER RETURN TO ANY EDGARS STORE AGAIN AND WE WILL CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT. from this hello peter page ALL EDGARS STORES are the same.
