Why Mara???

I find this very very strange indeed, I spoke to the manager from Edgars Maponya the last time I had a complain and the only thing she told me was sorry which really doesn't solve my problem.
I tried calling her back to ask what should I do now with this stupid phone and she was forever online wonder if it was business call or personal cause I callled twice and she was on the phone and they said she will call me back after she's done even today no phone call. Seriously what is really going on with Edgars I bought the phone in Edgards not Nokia and I want to deal with Edgars as the phone is not even 2 months old. I send a message to hellopeter on the 23.09.2013 till today I have no clue what's happening. Really this is what I call a service I can do a better job as a manager myself than what these so called managers are doing at Edgards.
Sorry doesn't tell me what to do and where to go, will I be rude if I said I want my money back and Edgars can take their stupid phone and I will purchase from another shop which cares and deals with their clients needs and complains. Seriously I'm maan and if I don't get satisfaction after this email all will break lose
