I Made a call to Bradlows Protea gardens on the 23rd January regarding my outstanding balance and spoke to a lady by the name of Milicent, i have never experienced such ill service, the conversation was one sided as i couldnt get a word through, she made snide comments at me and when i told her i dont appreciate the tone at which she is speaking to me and her comments she threatened to hand up on me and she told me that i (the customer) am being stressed by this account and that i shouldnt take out my stress on her.
It is quite evident that the staff there has no knowledge regarding customer service, i was just appalled.
