Ushed to my aid when shopping bag broke

After taking about 5 steps from the till, my plastic bag (which i bought into store, i didn't buy it) broke and all my groceries went flying. almost instantaneously there were two staff members to help me pick up my goods (and pack it in another bag), and told me to get replacement products. i tried to explain to them that it's my own fault, the bag i bought was obviously not capable of holding the items, but they insisted. the one guy even went to fetch a replacement of the broken item whilst i went to fetch another item's replacement.

the service was fast, efficient and really friendly and helpful. this will definitely make me go to waterstone pick n pay again above any other grocery store - i've considered changing my default store from waterstone to another that is more on my way, but this has convinced me that i'll remain loyal to waterstone.

in general, i also want to add that the staff of this particular pick 'n pay (waterstone) have, as far as memory serves, always been friendly. the people manning the tills work fast, and seemingly always have a smile at the ready. makes shopping a pleasure (and i really hate shopping).
