I bought a brand new samsung diamond drum washing machine from game wonderpark less than 8 months ago. 3 days ago it just stopped pumping water into the machine when the new washing cycle starts and when it begins to rinse. I phoned game wonderpark and explained to them the problem and the gentlemen whom assisted me on the phone told me that he cant help me because he only sells them. the machine is still under guarantee, and i can hear that the pump is not running at all. i have to use a hosepipe to fill the machine with water and when it wants to rinse i must fill it again. These people are quick to take your money, but the assistance afterwards is terrible.
please assist me in this matter
