Every time I go to Pick n Pay (Mall at Carnival) - there are only three tills open - staff work slower than snails and just as you get to the front they put up the "closed' sign - the situation got so bad that people actually start queing at the Cigarette/ Market counter with groceries because of the shortage of staff, at first I thought it was a once off incident but this had happened the last 3 times I went to Pick n Pay - it can be end of the month or middle of the month there are always a shortage of staff!!! I am shopping at Checkers from now on - at least there are enough staff members. No manager in sight to complain - will this complaint also fall on death ears?
