I was in the woolworths west street store on the 21/01/14 around 5:15pm to exchange baby clothes that i have purchased from the pavillion store reason being that the clothes were the incorrect size, unfortunately i had misplaced my cash slip and told the cashier that i was in a hurry and if i could get a gift card, the cashier refused so i left the the customer service counter and was heading out, when i asked a lady Jenny if she could assist she checked the items which all had the tickets on and then showed it to 2 other ladies who had scrutinized the clothing. During this process they softly chatted to one another. These ladies who were of management level acted as if i had the clothing and therefore did not have the slip. It's shocking that such a reputed company have such narrow mind staff with no customer service. Jenny suggested i find the slip and then get back to them. I would like to suggest to Jenny that she as management should go for a course in customer service and also learn how to treat customers and situations. I am going to close my account with woolworths as they don't value their customers.
