Refuse to exchange a item of clothing

Three weeks ago i bought a pair of jeans from the supplier. When i got home the jeans did not fit.
i did not remove the tags off the pants. a week later i returned to identity and asked the cashier to exchange
the pants for one size bigger. The cashier refused to change it without the slip and had a bad attitude about
it. I have always bought my clothes from Identity as I loved the quality of clothing. From now on I will be taking
my business to another clothing store. Identity service is the worst service that I have ever received at any clothing store.
