This has been an ongoing problem at this particular store for some time now but now I feel something must be done or said.
My wife and I pop into this store at least once a week and week in and week out the same thing happens. The security guard "follows" us from the time we enter until we done. This is not done in stealth mode but blatantly in our faces. This we have noticed only happens to non-white customers?!?!? I dare any non-white member of PnP Management Team to go there "undercover" and see for themselves.
As for the cashiers... I have almost become apologetic for shopping there because it seems I just come to disturb their peace by BUYING from the store... no greeting is forthcoming, no do you want to BUY plastic bags... no thank you, no good bye... no do u have a smart shopper card... I have had my fair share of issues with this Retailer but I think it is becoming ridiculous that we as South Africans have to accept been treated like this...
