Good day. Today is a saturday I spent most of my afternoon waiting for a chicken to be roasted for like 45mins in the que, what is really happening to this branch of woolworths my family has been shopping there for many years and it is shocking how terrible the store has become, the cleaner dashes pass with the mop touching the scones on the shelf!! The attitude of the staff is terrible, there are so many till points with empty chairs, so we as customers have to stand in ques for long as 20mins, first I get the 45mins for the chicken then 20mins to pay for it and a cashier who has no manners she didn't even greet she just asked if I want plasticbags and continued in her own little world... my. I have supported woolworths very much over the past I always do my shopping there, and today... I don't think I will ever go back there, that store is in a mess... poor management! Paints a bad picture of the store woolworths itself... west street has become like a fish market with staff screaming across the deli to customer... Its sad.
