I ordered a bed from Dialabed on 31 December. They phoned me back to ask if I knew it would take 14 to 21 days which I confirmed. Today is the 21st day and no delivery so I phoned the number to ask what is the progress with my order. They said they would phone me back. After an hour and no call, I phoned them only to find everyone had gone home at 4. No one can answer my query even though it should be a simple matter to check on a computer. I have guests visiting at the weekend and no bed.
