I received a call in December from this courier co to say that my phone from Cell C has arrived, but I was unfortunately out of town and said that I would phone them the next day to arrange delivery. I phoned to check if my daughter could sign for it on my behalf and Lucas said he wasnt sure, but he will check with the Branch manager and phone me back - he never did. On my return I phoned to arrange the delivery (1 day later) and they informed me that they could not locate the phone (I spoke to Portia) and I must phone Cell C to get a tracking number. I refused to phone Cell C and said that they should find it as they had phoned me the previous day to say they had it. Portia phoned back to say that they could not locate the phone. I spoke to the Manager who said he would get back to me within 20min which never happened. I phoned again and spoke to Lucas who said he would get back to me within 7 days?? Now, 2 weeks later, still no feedback from anyboday. Has the phone been returned to Cell C or has it gone missing from RAM East London? Either way the company has no interest to find out with even the Branch manager not returning phonecalls. Is it that easy to lose a delivery?
