Over three weeks ago we purchased a lounge suite from the Lewis branch in Roodeport. Payment for the suite was done in cash, on delivery we found that two of the pieces we received were damaged and asked that these be replaced. A few days later we received what was meant to be replacements for the damaged pieces but these too are defective. We once again confirmed that we were not happy with the products and were advised that it would be resolved in the next few days. We have since contacted the branch only to be told by the manager that "It was believed to be resolved", promising to return our calls. Since the last empty promise I have tried getting a hold of the manager twice only to be told that she was busy and that she would return my call. Needless to say I don't believe that they have any intention of attending to this issue and I am extremely disappointed by the approach
