My lounge suite is under a year old and I complained within the guarantee period however the branch refused to resolve my complaint. All 3 pieces of my lounge set are defective-framework is squeaking, stitches are opening, the foam is completely sunken in the backrest and seating area. The staff at the branch are illiterate and rude and incompetent. Everybody I spoke to right up to the branch manager did not assist me since I phoned on the 8th October 2013.My suite is supposed to be a Gomma gomma but looks like it is a fake. I have had no joy with these people. I'm still waiting for a return phone call. Looks like they are very glad to take my money at the time of purchase but the after sales service stinks!!
