We bought a lounge suite December 2012 R10 000 the suite began to pull loose! Lewis replace the one couch! Few months its start pulling loose again so we asked for a new set! We received a "new" set! It was on the floor kind like a demo! (We did not even ask money back, we just wanted a lounge suite) this happened in Sept of 2013! Today (11 jan 2014) we saw that the "new" set is pulling loose fabric is torn! I phoned Melinda and she told us that there is no more guarantee (on the set we got sept 2013)! So I payed R10 000 for a suite that we used 4 months and it look like a 4 year old suite! We payed FULL price for a DEMO on the floor suite! I am so disappointed its the second suite that just fall apart!
