Seems NWJ stores learn from there Head Office!! I logged a complaint on Hello Peter on the 7th or 8th about NWJ. I received a message through Hello Peter that NWJ received my complain and will respond though my email address on the 9th. I am still waiting for there response!! Looks as if NWJ do not care if they loose a customer and do not care about our complaint!!! I will tell ALL who would listen on how pathetic NWJ is and will go to the newspapers to spread the word!!!
