I sent a complaint about Mr Price last week Friday via Hello Peter as well as their "customer service" email address found on their website to ensure they receive my complaint.
Up until today 6 days later I have not received or even heared anything back from them, even though in the general email response I received it stated that they would contact me in 48 hours!!!
Yet again showing how much they care about their clients - whom without they would not exist.!!!
