I have now got even less respect for a company who I have been loyal to for 15 years. I recently logged a complaint with Hello Peter regarding a billing issue that MTN promised they would resolve.
I was billed R1000 for changing my contract. I was never informed of this and have requested them to check the voice recordings.
I was told that if I want to complain, I have to log a complaint on their website??? What if I didn't have access to the internet.
One would think they would learn from Cell C, who have a dedicated team to work on your issues. But, unfortunately, they just don't care.
I was told by Veronica on Hello Peter that they would look at the issue and that my bill was not finalized. Well, I received my bill over the weekend, and MTN did not even look into the call. I was charged the R1000 as I thought.
Is this what you can expect from a company who has enjoyed your support for 15 years?
I feel so let down by MTN. I haven't even received a phone call to discuss my issue.
THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUT A MTN CONTRACT, THEY DO NOT LOOK AFTER THEIR CLIENTS.
I have a string of reference numbers, and still no assistance...
