We bought a Canon Camera on the 3rd of October 2013. we discovered that the camera did not work so we took it back to CNA a week later. They told us that they would take the camera back to canon to get repaired and it would take 3 weeks (max). After 2 months we went back to CNA to enquire about the camera and they told us that still hadn't arrived back from canon and that they would call us the following day. They never called back. so we went back in January to find out what was taking so long, they gave us stories about the technician not being around. we asked them to either refund us our money or give us a new camera... still now nothing from them
