This is my 4th complaint on hello Peter about the ref I logged on 20 Sept 2012 and still got no response from Cellc. They do not care about their customer
Now they messed up with the debit order and suspended my account. They are very quick to suspened the line when the account is not paid but when they owe you money they never respond to you. Customer care says that the billing department does not take calls and I must wait 5 to 7 working days for someone to contact me.
I know someone will respond to this complaint and tell me how sorry they are and the matter will be escalate to Fundiswa but after that no one will respond.
Being a client of cellc for 10 years and being treated like this I will definitely no re new my contracts with them.
