I posted a Hello Peter complaint on Tue 11 Jun. I received a response on Tue 18 Jun 13 saying that they will provide me with feedback shortly. I received no Feedback. I called head office twice wanting to speak to Bianca S. and left a message.
I received no return calls. The third time I got though and I was told Cellc will contact and they will try and solve my no service problem in Sandton. I have received no response since. I have sent an email directly to Bianca. No response. It is 3 July and the problem has not been solved.
I will post a Hello Peter complaint every 5 days until Nashua/Cellc solve my problem and I am on a network where I can make and receive calls.
